HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN OTONOMI KERJA DENGAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF

Abstract


Komitmen guru dapat menjadi salah satu hal utama untuk menentukan keberhasilan sekolah. Beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan komitmen afektif adalah persepsi dukungan organisasi dan otonomi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan otonomi kerja dengan komitmen afektif. Subjek penelitian ini (N=59) adalah guru SD dan SMA di Yayasan Khadijah Surabaya, lama bekerja minimal satu tahun. Pengukuran terhadap komitmen afektif, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan otonomi kerja masing-masing dilakukan dengan menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale, Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, danBreaugh’s Work Autonomy Scale. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistic korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen afektif (r = 0,489; p < 0,05), dan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara otonomi kerja dengan komitmen afektif (r = 0,115; p > 0,05). Saran untuk organisasi agar organisasi dapat lebih memerhatikan dukungan yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan memertimbangkan variabel-variabel lainnya yang berkaitan dengan komitmen afektif, antara lain penghargaan organisasi, keadilan prosedural, dukungan atasan.
