GAYA PENGASUHAN DAN REGULASI EMOSI SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP AGRESIVITAS REMAJA DI JAKARTA PUSAT

Abstract


Teori pembelajaran sosial menekankan bahwa perilaku agresif remaja dipengaruhi oleh proses pembelajaran dari lingkungan terdekat, khususnya keluarga. Meskipun hubungan antara gaya pengasuhan dan agresivitas telah banyak diteliti, temuan mengenai peran regulasi emosi, terutama pada remaja yang tinggal di wilayah perkotaan di Indonesia, masih menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya pengasuhan orang tua dan regulasi emosi terhadap agresivitas remaja di wilayah perkotaan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 377 siswa SMA di Jakarta Pusat yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui uji korelasi serta Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengasuhan yang ditandai dengan kehangatan berkaitan dengan kemampuan regulasi emosi yang lebih baik, sedangkan gaya pengasuhan negatif berhubungan dengan meningkatnya agresivitas remaja. Analisis struktural menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengasuhan orang tua berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap agresivitas remaja, sementara regulasi emosi tidak berperan sebagai prediktor langsung maupun mediator. Temuan ini memperkuat teori pengasuhan dengan menegaskan peran sentral orang tua dalam pembentukan perilaku agresif remaja serta memberikan implikasi penting bagi upaya pencegahan agresivitas di lingkungan perkotaan.
