KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS SEBAGAI MEDIATOR ANTARA OTONOMI TERHADAP KINERJA PADA GURU DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR

Abstract


Mitigasi ketertinggalan pembelajaran atau learning loss akibat pandemi dilakukan dengan menyederhanakan kurikulum berupa kurikulum merdeka belajar yang sudah mulai diimplementasikan pada tahun 2022. Melalui kurikulum merdeka belajar, diharapkan guru bisa memiliki otonomi dalam mendesain dan menentukan pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja seiring dengan meningkatnya kesejahteraan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melihat pengaruh otonomi terhadap kinerja dengan melalui variabel mediasi yaitu kesejahteraan psikologis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Guru SMA yang menyelenggarakan kurikulum merdeka belajar di Kota Bandung diambil menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu proportional random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan uji mediasi sobel test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa otonomi dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja dan dapat juga berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui kesejahteraan psikologi sebagai mediasi dengan besar pengaruh langsung yaitu 0,010. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian t-hitung > t-tabel (3,149 > 1,984) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan koefisien mediasi sebesar 1,702 signifikan, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara otonomi (X) terhadap kinerja (Y) melalui mediasi kesejahteraan psikologi (Z).
