PERSEPSI REMAJA DENGAN KEDUA ORANG TUA YANG BEKERJA MENGENAI KEBERFUNGSIAN KELUARGA
Abstract
Keluarga merupakan lingkungan yang memiliki peranan besar dalam perkembangan individu. Remaja merupakan individu yang sedang mengalami masa transisi di berbagai aspek kehidupan. Peran keluarga dalam proses perkembangan remaja dapat terlihat dari keberfungsian keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi remaja dengan kedua orang tua yang bekerja mengenai keberfungsian keluarganya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 remaja berusia 14-16 tahun yang dijaring melalui convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur. Data wawancara yang berbentuk audio akan ditranskrip dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja mempersepsi adanya dampak positif dan negatif dari kedua orang tua yang bekerja terhadap keberfungsian keluarganya. Dampak positif berkaitan dengan kebutuhan yang terpenuhi, sementara dampak negatif berkaitan dengan keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki orang tua serta kondisi luapan suasana hati yang negatif pada orang tua. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa keberfungsian keluarga yang efektif pada keluarga berpenghasilan ganda dapat dibangun melalui interaksi antar anggota keluarga serta dengan menyeimbangkan peran antara keluarga dan pekerjaan.
