PENGARUH ETOS KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI YAYASAN DAARUL HIKMAH RAJABASA LAMPUNG

Abstract


Human resources (human resources) good in carrying out their work can be seen from the way they work. Work ethic and motivation are among the important things that should exist in every employee in every institution. To cultivate a good work ethic and motivation company must be able to give satisfaction to each worker. Worker satisfaction is not only a measure of wage paid, but a comfortable, secure work situation, adequate facilities, even a leader who is a good example is a contentment that can shape a good work ethic and work motivation.

In this study researchers conducted research on an education-based and inaccurate institution on the Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung. In this study researchers tested the impact of the work ethic and its motivation on occupational satisfaction of Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung. The method of analysis that researchers use is linear regression analysis using a 20.0 for Windows program.

The results of this study suggest that the work ethic and motivation influence employees job satisfaction of Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung by 36.7 %. And each work ethic variable goes up 1% will affect job satisfaction by 0.098. While the motivational variable goes up 1%, it affects job satisfaction by 0.628.
