PERAN KOMUNIKASI VARTIKAL LURAH DALAM MENYUKSESKAN PEMBANGUNAN ( STUDI PADA KELURAHAN WAYURANG KALIANDA LAMPUNG SELATAN )

Abstract

The success of development in an area will work well if well planned and supported by the government officials who carry out the communications paradigm of development, as well as community participation. Development itself has meaning as an attempt to make change for the better, so that created the welfare of society. Changes will occur if good communication within the government, especially the role of the government in implementing the principles and methods were good in communicating. This study was to determine the role of vertical communication headman, in the success of development in Sub way urang Trump District of South Lampung regency. Research shows that the vertical communication village government as head of government and community builder can push the development process for the better. With the onset of vertical communication between village heads and employees as well as with public figures were good, very decisive acceleration of the construction work.
