PARENTING STRESS PADA ORANGTUA BEKERJA DALAM MEMBANTU ANAK BELAJAR DI RUMAH

Abstract


Membantu anak belajar di rumah merupakan sebuah peran yang harus diemban oleh orangtua selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan parenting stress orang tua selama membantu anak belajar di rumah. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan indigenous psychology yang didasarkan pada buadaya setempat. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap orang tua yang bekerja dan berdomisili di Pasaman. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesoioner dengan bantuan google from. Pertanyaan yang diberikan berupa pertanyaan terbuka dan pertanyaan tertutup. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 responden (25 laki-laki dan 75 perempuan). Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orangtua bekerja mengalami parenting stress yang terkait dengan kesulitan dalam membagi waktu antara bekerja dan membantu anak belajar di rumah.
