Psychological Well Being Guru Pendidikan Luar Biasa di SLB X Bandung Barat

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran psychological well being pada guru pendidikan luar biasa. Menurut Ryff (2013), terdapat enam dimensi psychological well being, yakni self acceptance, positive relation with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, dan personal growth. Partisipan adalah empat orang guru SLB X di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis data tematik sebagaimana dikemukakan oleh Braun & Clarke (2006). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi psychological well being berperan untuk mendukung dan menjalani pekerjaan sebagai guru pendidikan luar biasa di SLB X Bandung Barat. Penelitian dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai gambaran untuk merancang intervensi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan psychological well being guru pendidikan luar biasa di SLB X Bandung Barat.
